1. Services

PipeRight Plumbing ("we", "us") provides residential plumbing services, including diagnosis, leak and pipe repair, drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, toilet and fixture repair, and sewer line services. All services are subject to plumber availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are provided after on-site diagnosis and are approved by the customer before any work begins. Prices may vary based on the scope of work, part and fixture availability, access conditions, and permit requirements. Any additional work discovered during the job will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Permits & Code Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with applicable plumbing codes. Where permits or inspections are required, we will advise the customer, and any associated fees will be included in the approved quote.

4. Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of service. Fixtures, water heaters, and parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, foreign objects in drains, pre-existing corrosion or pipe conditions outside the repaired area, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of the original service.

5. Water Damage

We take every precaution to protect your home during service. However, we are not responsible for water damage caused by conditions existing before our arrival, including active leaks, hidden pipe deterioration, or blockages. In an active leak emergency, we recommend shutting off the main water supply immediately and calling us.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the work area, including under-sink cabinets, crawl spaces, or shut-off valves as needed, and to disclose any known issues, prior repair attempts, or modifications. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults concealed at the time of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including water damage from pre-existing conditions, loss of use, or lost income.

9. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
